4" Kit on 37s
Coldwater, MI: Up front these systems use a pair of progressive rate 4" coil springs (diesel or gas specific) to provide the extra height and smooth controlled performance in the harshest of terrains. A forged drop pitman arm is supplied to correct steering angles along with a HD bar drop bracket to re-center the front axle. A pair of sway bar drop brackets reposition the OE sway bar along with extended polyurethane bump stops to correctly limit up travel and brake line brackets to allow full droop. To correct the front suspension geometry at the new height a pair of heavy duty replacement radius arms are supplied to bolt in place of the factory arms. These new radius arms are massive upgrade to the factory stamped units, using tubular construction and a lower cam adjustment to dial in front end caster. Also supplied are your choice of BDS NX2 gas shocks or FOX 2.0 performance series IFP gas shocks for improved ride and performance.
In the rear, BDS offers options for both the rear coil spring and rear Air Ride equipped trucks. For the coil spring trucks a set of progressive rate rear coil springs are supplied to level the stance, provide additional load capacity and perform great in any situation. For the Air Ride trucks a pair of heavy duty air bag spacer brackets are used to level the stance along with air ride leveling sensor brackets to position the ride height sensors at the stock angle. This allows the rear suspension to be perform just like it does at factory ride height and maintain full air bag range of motion. All kits include a rear track bar relocation bracket to correct axle positioning, extended length sway bar links, bump stop extensions. and your choice of matching NX2 series or FOX 2.0 shocks.
