The new OctoCam alignment cam washers allow for 5-position adjustability for caster on the front axle or pinion angle on the rear axle.  The cams work with the factory control arm hardware and will not slip under load like traditional eccentric cam setups can. Available in sets of four, each set of OctoCams will complete one axle. JK up for sale at Barrett Jackson
If you’ve been searching for a one of a kind, Lamborghini yellow, fully built 4Door JK you may have just missed out. After being built to wow the crowds at the 2011 SEMA Show, this show stopping JK went up for auction with Barrett Jackson in Scottsdale, AZ bringing $55,000 earlier this week. Among the lengthy list of mods this Jeep includes a 6.5” BDS 4-link long arm suspension Fox 2.0 shocks, BDS dual 9500 stabilizer, and rolls around on 38” Kumhos on 20” BMF Wheels. Press Release #114: 2012 JK Exhaust Extensions
New for 2012 is the Pentastar 3.6L in the Wrangler and Wrangler Unlimited models. For those of you looking to lift your new 2012 JK, the factory exhaust crossover pipe is in close proximity to the front driveshaft limiting the amount of droop to about 2” before they come in contact with each other. To combat this problem BDS Suspension has developed exhaust extensions (#124314) to relocate the crossover pipe rearward allowing for addition clearance and full range of motion of the front driveshaft with 3” of lift. The extensions are precision machined from 2.5” x .250” wall DOM tubing to fit the factory ball/taper seat connection properly for a leak-proof seal. Thick-walled tubing is used to ensure the extension will not deform under extreme heat conditions.  Longer hardware is included to compensate for the added extension length and allow the reuse of the factory clamp collars. SEMA Trucks: LDRSHIP Design’s JK
LDRSHIP Designs has been building a slew of custom vehicles of the past few years for SEMA. This year was no different with the buildup of a killer 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JK displayed in Anzo USA’s Booth. This Jeep has been a work in progress over the past few months getting new prototype parts and plenty of custom touches. Extra altitude comes from a BDS 6.5” Long Arm Suspension with Fox 2.0 Shocks, 40” BFG Mud Terrain KM2 Tires on 20” Black Rhino Wheels. This JK is also outfitted with N-Fab Bumpers and Steps, a Warn Winch, Smittybilt Fenders, a custom carbon fiber hood, and a full assortment of LED and HID lighting all compliments of Anzo USA. JK Build on Off-Road Overhaul
Monday night on the Outdoor Channel is home for Off-Road Overhaul. Each week the show finds a deserving outdoor enthusiast and overhauls their 4×4 truck or Jeep with lift kit, wheels, tires, winch, and other accessories. This week on Off-Road Overhaul, Mike Duval and his team build a 2007 Jeep Wrangler JK and take the owner for an off-road adventure. BDS Suspension is proud to supply the suspension lifts for this rewarding show. Air times are Mondays at 4:30pm, 7:00pm, 9:30pm (EST) with a late night encore at 1:30am (Tuesday). Jeep JK 4.5″ Long Arm | Mickey Thompson
Mickey Thompson dropped off their JK to the R&D facility to get a 4.5″ long arm kit installed.  The BDS long arm kit gives the Jeep superior road manners and truly makes it a daily driver. The included sway bar disconnects really let the JK flex when off-road. This JK will be touring the west coast this summer and hitting up lots of shows and off road events. Here are some pictures in case you don’t get out to see it in person.
