11-12 Super Duty w/ 8″ 4-Link Lift Kit
Coldwater, MI—June 11, 2012—Now in stock and ready for sale: Complete 8″ BDS 4-Link suspension systems for the 2011-2012 Ford Super Duty 4wd. This new kit shares all the great features and benefits of our popular 2005-2010 8″ suspension systems.
The heart of the lift is the 4-link design that replaces the factory radius arms. The 4-link arms provide better strength as well as limits caster change to less than 1 degree through the 10” of wheel travel. This results in better handling and ride over radius arm setups at the same height. The rear lift uses our newly redesigned 003829 leaf springs that provide a great ride while still having the payload capacity you need from your F250/350 truck.
As with the rest of the 8″ 4-link kits available, brake lines, steering/track bar correction, full-length diesel/gas-specific coil springs, sway bar and bump stop relocation are included. The standard system includes BDS-5500 series shocks or you can upgrade to the available Fox 2.0 shocks. Dual shock mounts and dual steering stabilizer kits make great accessories to help handle the 38×15.50 tires that a this lift kit clears.

2005-2012 Toyota Tacoma 4” Lift Kit
Coldwater, MI—April 20, 2012—BDS Suspension is expanding their line of suspension options for the late model Toyota Tacoma trucks. Now in stock and available for sale BDS offers a complete 4” suspension lift for the 2005-2012 Toyota Tacoma.
These new IFS suspension systems follows BDS proven design standards using full one-piece front/rear crossmembers coupled with precision machined ductile cast iron steering knuckles. The steering knuckles are designed to work within the factory traction control constraints and provide stock-like handling characteristics. The knuckles are also considerably more robust in both the mass and strength over the OE components. The crossmembers are built from ¼” steel plate and have integrated differential mounts that work with the new provided differential mounts to properly reposition the front differential for optimal CV and front driveshaft angles.
The whole package is protected by a new belly pan skid plate that runs from the front to rear crossmember and allows integration with the factory front skid/splash guard. The factory front struts are retained with the kit utilizing top strut spacer to gain the proper lift height.
In the rear, BDS provides a 3″‘ block, longer u-bolts, 5500-series shocks and all the necessary brake line/wire relocation brackets included. This system allows for up to 33×12.50 tires to be installed on 18×9 or 20×9 with 4.5” backspacing.

BDS is loading up the trailer and getting ready to hit the road tomorrow for Butler, PA for the Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival this weekend Aug. 12-14, 2011. The cruise from Michigan to Pennsylvania along I-80 has become routine with this our 3 trip this month for PA Jeeps Show, Carlisle Truck Nationals, and now The Bantam Jeep Festival. The show has all the makings to be enormous with the entire town of Butler, PA chipping in to host events, parades, demonstrations, off-road trail rides, live music, show and shine, and Jeep playground. Butler, PA if you didn’t know was the birthplace of the Jeep where back in 1940 the Bantam Car Company produced the first all purpose military vehicle back in 1940-41. Come celebrate the heritage of Jeep with us!

Recently Matt involuntarily put his rig to the test after being plowed into by a truck that ran a stop light. After rolling the Jeep 3 times, Matt and his BDS Suspension were unscathed, however the Jeep didn’t fare so well.
“I rolled 3 times. Guess what? the BDS long arm kit held up. the control arms on the side of the impact snapped axle side control arm brackets but the arms had not a scratch. surprisingly the 35″ km2 made it too.. now i can tell everyone how strong your kit really is =)”- Matt S.
