Ford Super Duty Extended SS Brake Lines<\/h2>\n
\n

BDS Suspension now offers the extended length kevlar lined, stainless steel braided brake lines supplied in the 8″ late model Super Duty lift systems as a stand alone part for customers looking to upgrade. Design specifically\u00a0for the 2011-2015 Ford Super Duty, these lines are available for both front and back, sold in pairs to fit the drivers and passenger side. They comply with D.O.T. Federal regulations (MSS-106) and are street legal for use in all 50 states. They are designed to with 4-8″ BDS lift kits as well as\u00a0other manufacturers’ kits.<\/p>\n

The brake lines are 23″ in length\u00a0and use a\u00a0one-piece crimped design with 4\u00a0levels of protection allowing these brake lines to take abuse on and offroad. The teflon inner core is approved for use with all brake fluids including D.O.T. 5 Silicone. Protecting the teflon inner core is a kevlar braiding, followed by a protective sheathing before the stainless steel braiding and vinyl covering for extreme protection, The design allows for virtually no volumetric expansion giving you firmer pedal feel than the OEM rubber lines with less effort. The lines are flexible and resist kinking better than stock lines. The crimped ends use standard SAE female fittings and hardware allowing them to be bolted in place of\u00a0the OEM lines. BDS also includes all the necessary hardware to speed up installation.<\/p>\n
