Eastern Truck & Accessories (ETA) has been a BDS Suspension distributor for more almost as long as their doors have been open. Based in Norfolk, VA they cater to a large and diverse customer base of with military stationed in the area, OBX beaches nearby and the Appalachian Mountains just a few hours away. Over the years they’ve grown to be the premier shop in Hampton Roads offering quality service and and top notch products. Since taking over the former Eastern Offroad and opening it as Eastern Truck & Accessories, Mike Slater has held an annual event to welcome his customers back into the shop for a day of fun while raising money for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. This year marked the 14th Annual Open House and Customer Appreciation event and despite rain and gloomy\u00a0skies, had the best turnout yet for an open house with dozens of trucks on display for the truck show, vendors on site to support the event, radio stations on site promoting, BBQ lunch and more than $60K in product and prizes being raffled\/auctioned off. The highlight of the event was the XJ raffle where the crew raffled off a 2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ built up with a 3″ BDS Lift Kit, 31″ M\/T tires, 15″ Eagle Alloys wheels, JCR bumpers, Westin winch and\u00a0lights, Kargomaster roof rack and Hi-Lift jack,\u00a0custom stereo by Sound Wave Customs and a satin blue paint job and more.<\/p>\n

Throughout the day they had activities organized like a a winching classes\u00a0and product demos. BDS was on site to talk with customers and support ETA and the event. A big thanks to the entire ETA crew for their hospitality and for putting on one heck of an event.\u00a0Regardless of the weather, it was an awesome day at the ETA shop. Each year their fund raising has exceeded the last and this year was no different raising\u00a0more than $36,000 for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Congrats to the ETA team.<\/p>\n
