See more at 560plus.com.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4&#8243; BDS Coilover Conversion (Radius Arm) Systems<\/strong> &#8211; Get more out of your Super Duty with the 4&#8243; BDS coilover conversion system. This system is based off the standard 4&#8243; lift kit, upgraded to include the FOX 2.5 factory series coilovers. The kit uses a pair of 1\/4&#8243; thick, frame mounted radius arm drop brackets to reposition the arms to correct geometry. The steering is corrected with a forged drop pitman arm used in combination with a heavy duty track bar drop bracket to recenter the front axle. The coilovers mount into the factory coil buckets using heavy duty upper and lower mounting brackets that bolt into place for easy installation with no welding required. The upper brackets integrate a mount to secure the remote reservoir. This setup allows the use of an additional FOX 2.0 shock mounted into the factory location. Rounding out these kits BDS includes sway bar relocation, brake line extensions, rear FOX 2.0 performance shocks and your choice of rear block kit or GlideRide replacement leaf springs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4&#8243; BDS Coilover Conversion 4-Link Systems &#8211;<\/strong> If you&#8217;re looking for a kit to outperform on the trail and on the street then the BDS coilover conversion 4-link systems is for you. These systems use a pair of precision tuned FOX 2.5 factory series remote reservoir coilovers for superior dampening capabilities and fade free performance when your blazing a trail on the harshest of terrains. These coilovers mount into the factory coil buckets with the supplied upper and lower brackets with provisions to mount the remote reservoir. An auxiliary FOX 2.0 gas shocks is used up front to further improve dampening capability. Upgrading the factory stamped steel radius arms this system converts over to a true 4-link design to improve drivability, performance and strength. The heavy duty 1\/4&#8243; thick steel frame mounted 4-link brackets bolt into factory holes to allow the four\u00a0 massive tubular control arms to be installed. These arms are build from 2&#8243; OD x .250&#8243; wall tubing with large greaseable bushings. 4-link design optimizes the front suspension geometry and reduces caster change through wheel travel to less than 1-degree. Also included up front of this system is a forged drop pitman arm and front track bar relocation bracket to correct steering and track bar angles as well as to center the axle under the vehicle.\u00a0 Front bump stop extensions, sway bar drops, and brake line relocation brackets round out the front of this system.\u00a0 In the rear, this kit lifts and level the stance using your choice of a replacement rear lift block or GlideRide leaf springs. The leaf springs use a 5-leaf design with built in overload leaf to assist when carrying heavy loads.
