![View Fullsize Image<\/a>\r\nBDS Suspension is excited to announce the release of updated #722 kits allowing kit fitment on the 2015-2017 Chevy Colorado and GMC Canyon 4wd trucks equipped with both the gas or Duramax diesel engines. Available kits include the #722H standard 5.5″ IFS lift kit, the #722F 5.5″ performance coilover system and the #722FDSC 5.5″ DSC coilover system. These BDS 5.5″ IFS systems for the 2015-2017 Colorado\/Canyon are designed around the tried and true high clearance design and offer rugged, capable performance while maintain the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s (NHTSA) Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No.126 to not adversely effect the vehicles factory installed electronic stability control system with the lift installed. That combined with BDS’s No Fine Print Warranty and a 5-year 100,000-mile drivetrain warranty give you the peace of mind wherever and however you use and abuse your truck.\r\n\r\n5.5″ IFS Systems:<\/strong> These updated systems featured a pair of heavy duty 1\/4″ steel high clearance crossmembers to reposition the lower control arms and work in unison with the massive ductile cast iron extended steering knuckles to gain 5.5″ of lift. The crossmembers utilize the factory geometry eccentrics and allowing compatibility with both gas and diesel applications. These crossmembers are tied to together with a full-width skid plate offering added protection for vital front end parts while also creating a rigid subframe. The front differential is relocated down to keep CV axle angles at a minimum and function properly with the supplied transfer case indexing ring. This updated transfer case indexing ring works with both transmissions and improved front driveline angle to allow use of the factory front driveshaft. The factory front struts are retained and a top mounted strut spacer is supplied to to provide additional ride height while maintaining ride quality and speeding up installation. Front bump stop extensions and sway bar links are included as well as Moog tie rod ends to properly set alignment without trimming the inner tie rods.\r\n\r\nOut back, a 4″ block and u-bolt kit is supplied to level the stance. BDS offers both the NX2 gas or FOX 2.0 performance gas shocks specifically tuned to maximize the performance of your Coloraod\/Canyon in any terrain. This kit allows clearance of 33″ tires.\r\n\r\n5.5″ Performance Coilover System:<\/strong> Building on the standard 5.5″ IFS System these 5.5″ performance coilover systems raise the bar offering vastly improved performance and capability. In place of the top-mounted strut spacers these systems utilize FOX 2.5 factory series remote reservoir coilovers. These coilovers offer far superior dampening for impressive capability to soak up the harshest terrains offroad while offering comfort on your daily commute. They feature a smooth bore and honed seamless alloy body, 7\/8″ hardened stainless steel shaft, FOX coil springs, black anodized machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum mounts and remote reservoir. The coilovers come fully assembled, preset for 5.5″ of lift right out of the box. Out back a pair of specially tuned FOX 2.0 series IFP gas shocks are supplied to compliment the front coilovers and improve your Colorado\/Canyon’s performance on and offroad.\r\n\r\n5.5″ DSC Coilover System:<\/strong> Stepping up the game to another notch, these DSC coilover systems build off the 722F kit adding FOX 2.5 remote reservoir coilovers featuring DSC adjustment technology. DSC (Dual Speed Compression) adjustments allows you to dial in your suspension’s performance for any terrain. These coilovers feature a smooth bore and honed seamless alloy body, 7\/8″ hardened stainless steel shaft, FOX coil springs, black anodized machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum mounts and remote reservoir with DSC adjustment technology. The DSC adjustment allows for easy tuning of the vehicle\u2019s suspension compression dampening to\u00a0dial in the ideal ride performance to soak up the bumps, both large and small. The DSC has\u00a012 adjustment points for the high-speed compression as well as 10 adjustment points for the low-speed compression allowing you to make large or small changes to further improve your performance for your particular needs. Adjustments can be made by simply twisting the “blue” high speed and “gold” low speed compression knobs located on the end of the remote reservoir of the FOX 2.5 coilovers. No tools or shop adjustments needed, allowing you to tune the suspension out on the trail.
