A few months back, pro surfer Shane Dorian picked up a new 2014 Toyota Tundra and outfitted it with a BDS 7” high clearance lift kit<\/a>, 35” Nitto trail grapplers, 20” Monster wheels, Bushwacker flares. Living on the big island of Hawaii, Shane is constantly in pursuit of monster swells and his truck helps him get to many of remote locals off the beaten path. Shane sent in a few photos from his recent adventures along with this message:<\/p>\n

“I am loving the suspension on my Tundra. I’ve been on a tear the last couple of months since the lift was done- everything from camping in the mountains to accessing remote surf spots. Where I live in Hawaii there are so many incredible hidden gems, but unless you have some serious clearance on your 4X4 you’ll never get to see them.
