Coldwater, MI\u2014May 5, 2015\u2014<\/strong>\u00a0BDS Suspension has now test fit and confirmed fitment of all current suspension systems for 2015 RAM 3500 4WD trucks. With 2″, 4″, 5.5-6″, and 8″ lift kits currently available, BDS offers a variety of suspension options for late model RAM HD trucks designed to improve off-road performance while maintaining on-highway drivability.<\/p>\n

2″ Leveling Kit:<\/strong>This 2″ leveling kit uses a pair of heavy-duty fabricated steel coil spacers to level the stance and allow for up to 35″ tires to be installed. The spacers are pitched and indexed to work with the unique coil mount design of the late model RAM HD trucks\u00a0and are\u00a0secured to the coil bucket to maintain proper indexing when the coil springs are unloaded. Extended polyurethane bump stops are used to control suspension compression\u00a0along with\u00a0your choice of 5500-series or Fox 2.0 shocks.<\/p>\n

3″ Radius Arm Lift Kit:<\/strong>The 3″\u00a0radius arm system gives all the benefits of a high performance system at a lower height designed for\u00a035″ tires. Along with progressive rate front coil springs, the kit includes heavy duty tubular radius arms with large 3.5″ bushings, a solid stock\u00a0adjustable track bar, new spherical bushing swaybar links, 2″ rear block kit and your choice of shocks.<\/p>\n

4-6″ Radius Arm Lift Kits:<\/strong>These kits are designed to retain the factory radius arms by relocating the frame mounting location\u00a0using a pair of 1\/4″ steel drop brackets to maintain\u00a0suspension\u00a0geometry. The drop brackets key off the factory mounts and tie into the frame for extra strength. Also included in the kit are specially designed progressive rate ProRide front coil springs offering improved performance across all terrains.\u00a0A\u00a0heavy duty fabricated\u00a0track bar bracket, forged drop pitman arm, extended bump stops, brake line relocation\u00a0brackets, high clearance tranny crossmember and indexing ring (5.5-6″ kits only) rear blocks or leaf springs (5.5-6″ kits only) and your choice of shocks at all 4 corners giving\u00a0clearance\u00a0for up to 37″ tires.<\/p>\n

4-6″ 4-link\u00a0Lift Kits:<\/strong>\u00a0These kits are designed to convert the factory radius arm over to a stronger 4-link design offering improved stability, handling and articulation. The kit is designed with 1\/4″ fabricated 4-link brackets that key into the factory radius arm pockets for added strength. The 4-link design improves drivability by limited castor change to less than 1-degree throughout wheel travel. These kits also include\u00a0progressive rate ProRide coil springs,\u00a0track bar bracket, forged drop pitman arm, extended bump stops, brake line relocation\u00a0brackets, high clearance tranny crossmember and t-case indexing ring (5.5-6″ kits only) rear blocks or leaf springs (5.5-6″ kits only) and your choice of shocks at all 4 corners giving clearance\u00a0for up to 37″ tires.<\/p>\n

8″\u00a04-Link\u00a0Lift Kit:<\/strong>\u00a0Get the look and the performance with BDS 8″ lift kits for the new RAM 3500. Designed around a proven 4-link design this\u00a0system\u00a0converts the factory radius arms over to a stronger 4-link design offering improved stability, handling and articulation. The kit is designed with 1\/4″ fabricated 4-link brackets that key into the factory radius arm pockets for added strength. The 4-link design improves drivability by limited castor change to less than 1-degree throughout wheel travel. Lift is provided by a pair of progressive rate ProRide coil springs while a track bar bracket recenter the from axles. A\u00a0forged drop pitman arm corrects steering angles, a high clearance transmission crossmember is supplied along with a t-case indexing ring. Extended stainless steel brake lines, bump stops and spherical sway bar links are supplied along with all the necessary hardware. In the rear a triple stage leaf pack and 2″ rear block maximizes capability and towing capacity without effecting ride quality. The kit includes your choice of shocks at all 4 corners and allows fitment of up to 40″ tires.<\/p>\n

AVAILABLE ACCESSORIES<\/h2>\n

BDS is also offering a number of accessories to fit the late model RAM 3500 4WD trucks. Both single and dual steering stabilizer kits are available to meet your on-road and off-road performance needs. Available in both 5500-series (white body) and 9500-series (brushed stainless body) the stabilizers improve drivability by reducing front end shimmy caused by oversized tires and mount above the tie-rod for extra protection when offroad. In addition to steering stabilizers, BDS offers a heavy duty adjustable front track bar to allow you to dial in the the front axle positioning. Constructed from 1-3\/8″ solid steel stock this new adjustable track bar is built to handle on and off-road abuse and uses a 1-3\/8″-12 fine threaded pinch bolt design turnbuckle to allow easy tuning to properly recenter the front axle for a range of lift heights. The track bar is formed for proper clearance around critical front end components and features gusseted ends for additional rigidity. The ends utilize high-durometer polyurethane bushings with thick-walled steel sleeves for strength and reliability.<\/p>\n
