From Jeep Beach 2011 Sunshine and warm weather, just what us Michigan boys needed after a long cold winter. Jeremy and Carter from BDS made the trip down to Daytona Beach, FL last weekend for Jeep Beach 2011, hosted by the Mid Florida Jeep Club. With planned events from Wednesday through Sunday, there was plenty to do as nearly 1000 Jeeps made it to the show in rigs build from mild to extreme. BDS set up with local distributor DV8 Motorsports to show off some killer rides at the vendor show on Saturday. Daytona International Speedway was the setting for the vendor show as thousands drove the tunnel under track to hang out in the infield to check out vendors, try out the obstacle course, enter to win raffle prizes, and check out the Nascar teams that practiced out on the track. Tundra Build on Off-Road Overhaul
Check out Off-Road Overhaul tonight as Mike and Rebecca build up a new 2011 Toyota Tundra. This truck will be outfitted with a BDS suspension lift, Dick Cepek wheels and tires, Amp Research steps, aFe performance upgrades and more by the crew at Offroad Unlimited. Once the keys are turned back over to its owner, this truck will be hitting the trails to test out the new upgrades. Jeep Beach 2011 is in full swing in Daytona Beach. BDS is set up in the vendor area along with our distributor DV8 Motorsports. We’ve got some awesome vehicles in the booth right now so stop by and see us! From a monster of an XJ, to a Hemi-powered JK and more, BDS has plenty to see in the booth. Stop by to take advantage of show specials and don’t forget to enter the raffle; BDS is giving away a 3” JK Lift and set of adjustable control arms. On Sunday, they will be organizing the Jeep parade on the beach, pool party, and group photo (similar to this photo form last year). We hope to see you there!
Heading to Jersey, OK4WD’s Open House
BDS is on the road again. This time we’re heading to OK 4WD for their Annual Open House Event. Stop by the shop in Stewartsville, NJ on Saturday, May 14th from 9am-3pm, for this family friendly event. Some of the highlights include show-n-shine, special savings all day, free lunch, music, and rock course to play on. BDS Suspension’s Chris Bowers will be out at the event, so stop by and say hi! Jeep Beach starts this week!
It’s that time of year again. Jeep Beach is back! Grab your bathing suit and sandals and drive your Jeep to Daytona Beach, FL for the 8th Annual Jeep Beach, hosted by the Mid Florida Jeep Club. Event activities start on Wednesday with the vendor show being on Friday and Saturday at Daytona International Speedway. The event wraps on Sunday with a Jeep Parade on the beach and plenty more to do and see while you’re in town. BDS will be setting up in the vendor area with the team from DV8 Motorsports, so get ready to check out some killer rides. For more info on the event, check out Jeep Beach
New Episode of Off-Road Overhaul tonight!
Check out Off-Road Overhaul tonight as hosts Mike Duval and Rebecca Grant take on their newest project, a ’98 Jeep Wrangler. This TJ is getting prepped for the trail with the help of a BDS lift kit, Micky Thompson wheels and tires, Warn winch and bumpers, PIAA lights and more. If you haven’t checked out Off-Road Overhaul, it airs on the Outdoor Channel on Mondays at 4:30pm and 7:30pm followed by late night encores at 12:00am and 2:00am. The show finds deserving off-road enthusiasts and overhauls their vehicles with aftermarket upgrades to make them more capable off road. After handing the keys back over to the owner they take the vehicle out for an off-road adventure.
