BDS made the trip to the east coast for Ocean City Jeep Week. Held in the Atlantic coast city of Maryland, the event attracts several hundreds of Jeepers for 4-days of activities. Mornings began for most with a 7am beach crawl down the coast followed by the main event at the convention center where the show-n-shine contest brought out Jeeps varying from vintage Willys classics to the latest in trail built and mall crawlers. Among with the show-n-shine there was a monster truck on site giving out free rides and a local dealership giving test drives. Scattered around were vendors inside and outside the show promoting their latest products. BDS was among them out to promote our Jeep kits both coil sprung and leaf sprung with a 8.5” Long Arm equipped MJ on 37s on display in our booth. Down the road a few miles behind CC Customs’ shop the OC Jeep Week organized daily trail rides on the obstacle course giving Jeepers the chance to put their rigs to the test on an assortment of obstacles including mud pits, log piles, rock gardens and just enjoy the trails carved out of the facilities.
There was a great turnout for the event between nearly 1000 people in attendance and several of our dealers set up on the vendor area including Eastern Truck & Accessories, Trick Trucks, and Adam’s Jeep of Maryland. For its 4th annual event this was a great event and we’re looking forward to making it back to Ocean City for this event in the future!
