This past weekend BDS distributor Eastern Truck & Accessories held their 15th Annual Open House and Customer Appreciation Day at their shop in Norfolk, VA. BDS was on hand to join in the celebration once again this year and as always we want to thank the crew from ETA for their hospitality.
Since the beginning this annual Open House has focused on giving back offer a great day of fun for customers, vendors and staff, all the while raising money for a worthwhile cause close to the heart of the ETA’s owner Mike Slater and his family. With the goal to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, ETA opened up their shop for a day of fun and activities for the whole family. BDS and other vendors were on site to discus their products, they had a free BBQ lunch served up, Monster Truck drivers Dennis and Adam Anderson were hanging out and more that $25K worth of prizes to raffle/auction along with a built up RHD Jeep that was raffled off. At the end of the day with teh fundraiser tallied, this year was a new record raising more than $45,000 for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, outdoing last years $39,500.
