New BDS Steering Stabilizer Kits for Jeep TJ/XJ/ZJ

Coldwater, MI—February 12, 2015 — BDS Suspension is now offering redesigned single and dual steering stabilizer kits for the Jeep Wrangler TJ, Cherokee XJ, and Grand Cherokee ZJ vehicles. These new kits are designed to improve your Jeep’s overall drivability by reduce the front end shimmy caused by oversized tires to keep you in control.

These new steering stabilizer kits are available in an assortment of configurations, including both single and dual setups to mount your choice of BDS-5500 hydraulic stabilizers or Fox 2.0 gas cylinders. The Fox 2.0s feature 50/50 gas pressurized cylinders for superior dampening and the ultimate handling experience. The 5500-series and Fox 2.0 single stabilizers are a bolt-on replacement for Jeeps equipped with the factory steering.

Stepping up to the dual stabilizer kits BDS has a redesigned center bracket that replaces the now discontinued #55356 dual mount bracket. The new dual steering stabilizer kit is 100% bolt on, mounting a pair of BDS-5500 or Fox 2.0s end-to-end across the front steering. The new mounts are built from ultra-strong 3/8″ steel, finished in a durable textured black powder coat with a riveted stainless steel center BDS badging. The center bracket uses u-bolts to mount to the axle while the outer brackets mount to the tie rod ends. These dual steering stabilizer kits require a minimum of 2″ of lift for be installed.
