Louisville Unlimited Offroad Expo Recap
The BDS crew is back in Michigan after an awesome weekend down in Louisville, KY for the Unlimited Offroad Expo. Held on the grounds of the Kentucky Exposition Center this event boasts hundreds of vendors and tens of thousands of spectators each year. As the name suggests, this event is unlimited and has something for all types of offroad enthusiast from from mud trucks and rock bouncers, to rock crawlers, mall crawlers, diesel trucks, mini-monster trucks, Jeeps and UTVs. Inside the expo center had vendors on site showing off the latest products which carried outside where the obstacle course and demo course and show-n-shine were held. Each night of the event the organizers had activities for participants to check out downtown Louisville with the Friday night’s UOR River Raid Party down by the river and Saturday night’s 4th Street Invasion. Moab Offroad’s Week O’ Wheeling Video
Each summer Max Dollinger and the Moab Offroad crew lead a week long 4wheeling road trip cleverly known as the Week O’ Wheeling. With a caravan of customers and vendors/sponsors lined up, Max leads the group through scenic backroads and hardcore wheeling, with interesting detours and trail side camping along the way. For 2016 BDS Suspension was excited to join back in as one of the title sponsors for what was known as the covered bridge tour. This time of year is a busy with spring-to-summer holidays and 4×4 events on the schedule almost every weekend. Jeeping For A Cure 2017
This past weekend the BDS crew made the trip up to Rocks and Valleys Offroad Park in for the 5th Annual Jeeping For A Cure event. BDS has been involved with this event for a number of years and we were excited to come on board this year. With Project KJ in tow behind Project Ascension he made the short haul up to Harrison, MI to hit the trails. Up at the park we set up a booth and got the rigs ready to hit the trail. As always we had a blast on the trail, wheeling all throughout the park. Unfortunately the wheeling doesn’t always go as planned and when u-joint on the front axle decided to let go. But with spare parts loaded up and a skilled team the KJ was back up and running shortly ready to enjoy the rest of the day out on the trail.…
Raised $45K for CF Foundation | Eastern Truck & Accessories
This past weekend BDS distributor Eastern Truck & Accessories held their 15th Annual Open House and Customer Appreciation Day at their shop in Norfolk, VA. BDS was on hand to join in the celebration once again this year and as always we want to thank the crew from ETA for their hospitality. Since the beginning this annual Open House has focused on giving back offer a great day of fun for customers, vendors and staff, all the while raising money for a worthwhile cause close to the heart of the ETA’s owner Mike Slater and his family. With the goal to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, ETA opened up their shop for a day of fun and activities for the whole family.
