2016 Ocean City Jeep Week
BDS spent the week on the east coast in Ocean City, MD for the 7th annual Ocean City Jeep Week. Organized by Live Wire Media, the coastal city welcomed nearly 1500 Jeeps for the 4 day festival. Mornings were spent cruising the beach for the daily Beach Crawl with special permission from the city to drive 250 Jeeps on the beach in parade formation. From there participants had their choice to head to the vendor show and show-n-shine at the OCJW headquarters or head over to the Jeep Jam for trail ride and obstacle course behind CC Customs. After a day packed with activities, the party continued into the night with parties each night of the event for participants and vendors. BDS heads to Ocean City for Jeep Week
The BDS crew is getting loaded up and ready to head east with hundreds of other Jeepers to converge on Ocean City, MD for this week’s Ocean City Jeep Week event. With daily events and nightly gatherings planned this event is brings together the Jeep community for a few days of fun in the sun. Thursday-Saturday, each morning starts with a 7am cruise on the beach before heading over to the convention center has a vendor show and show-n-shine, monster truck rides and fun activities for the whole family. Over on the other side of town the Jeep Jam will be in full swing with trail rides, obstacle course and mud pit for participants and spectators to enjoy. National FJ Summit Recap
Every July the Toyota 4×4 community has been meeting up for a 5 days of trail riding and camaraderie in the beautiful landscape of Ouray, Colorado for the National FJ Summit. This year marked the 10th annual event and FJ Summit X didn’t disappoint. Open to more than just FJ Cruisers, this event has Toyotas of all kinds and even a few lost Jeeps attend to join in the action. Ouray is known for its breath taking views offering up some of the most scenic wheeling trails in the country. Now in its 10th year, FJ Summit brought in just shy of 400 Toyotas trucks and SUVs from all over the United States and Canada. Sponsors big and small flock to the tiny town of Ouray to get face to face with the enthusiasts, and to get out on the trails with them. 2016 PA Jeeps All Breeds Show Recap
Each summer the team from BDS Suspension spends a fair amount of time in the great state of Pennsylvania. Between the truck shows, Jeep shows, races and dealer stops there is no shortage of activities. Two weekends ago we attended the 4Wheel Jamboree Nationals in Bloomsburg, PA followed by another trip back this past weekend for the PA Jeeps Club – All Breeds Show in York, PA. The weekend was filled with fun for the entire Jeep family with vendors on site showing off cool builds and the latest products, over 700 Jeeps on site for the show-n-shine, an obstacle course built by Rausch Creek, swap meet for those hard to find parts and cool concepts on display from Jeep. BDS heads to Bloomsburg for the 4Wheel Jamboree Nationals
This past weekend BDS made the trip east to Bloomsburg, PA for the 4Wheel Jamboree Nationals. This annual event attracts thousands of 4×4 enthusiasts from around the Midwest for 3 days of fun in the sun. This year’s activities included monster truck racing and freestyle, show-n-shine competition, tough truck racing, miss-4wheel jamboree bikini contest, FOX proving grounds obstacle course, truck dyno competition as well as an expansive vendor show. BDS was out at the event set up with local distributor 4×4 Suspension and Gear. Â With Project Raider on display, and numerous BDS equipped trucks on display around the fairgrounds BDS was well represented. Also set up in the vendor section BDS had several other distributors including Jack William’s Tire, Auto Addictions and High Caliber Motorsports.
