Each Spring for nearly a decade now the overlanding community has come together to take part in what has become the premier overlanding event in the world, Overland Expo. Held this past weekend in Flagstaff, AZ, Overland Expo WEST brought in more then 8000 attendees from around the world along with more than 250 exhibitors to promote their newest and most innovative products to the overlanding community. BDS heads to Open House | Eastern Truck & Accessories
Eastern Truck & Accessories (ETA) has been a BDS Suspension distributor for more almost as long as their doors have been open. Based in Norfolk, VA they cater to a large and diverse customer base of with military stationed in the area, OBX beaches nearby and the Appalachian Mountains just a few hours away. Over the years they’ve grown to be the premier shop in Hampton Roads offering quality service and and top notch products. Since taking over the former Eastern Offroad and opening it as Eastern Truck & Accessories, Mike Slater has held an annual event to welcome his customers back into the shop for a day of fun while raising money for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Jeep Beach 2016 Recap
From red rock 4wheeling in Moab, UT for the 50th Anniversary of Easter Jeep Safari to grabbing flip flops for 4 days of fun in sunny Daytona Beach, FL, the BDS crew loaded up and headed south for the 13th Annual Jeep Beach extravaganza. We’ve been attending this event for several years and its amazing the size it has grown to in just a few short years. Hosted by the Mid Florida Jeep Club, this event attracts Jeepers from around the country looking to show off their rides. Each year the event grows and this year we were once again impressed with ll the planing and preparations that went into place. The week starts off with activities and parties before 2-day main event on the infield of the Daytona International Speedway. 50th Anniversary Easter Jeep Safari is in the Books
The 50th Anniversary of the Easter Jeep Safari certainly didn’t disappoint. With thousands of Jeeps, buggies and other 4x4s in town to hit the trails and enjoy the landscape, Easter Jeep Safari continues to be one of the pinnacle events on our show schedule each year. This year BDS had several Jeep and non-Jeep out at the event including the Project KJ (our diesel powered Liberty on 40s), the UA Crawlorado (LS2 powered solid axle Colorado on 42s), the BDS Colorado (2015 Colroado running the 5.5” DSC Coilover Kit on 33s), Project Raider (2015 HD Duramax running the 3” C/O Conversion on 35s) among other toys we had out on the trail. Its a busy week out in Moab, UT with trail rides, corporate events, dinner parties and photoshoots.
