BDS Introduces DSC Coilover Systems

BDS Suspension ups the ante with new DSC Coilover Systems for popular IFS and solid axle applications. These new systems improve upon BDS’s standard lift kits as well as performance coilover systems with a pair of specially built FOX 2.5 coilovers with dual speed compression (DSC) adjusters to easily tune your ride quality to match your terrain for superior performance when you’re cruising down the highway or blazing a trail through Baja.

DSC is the next big thing allowing for easy adjustment of the your truck’s suspension compression dampening giving you freedom to dial in your ride’s suspension performance to soak up the bumps. The DSC has 12 adjustment points for the high speed compression as well as 10 adjustment points for the low speed compression allowing you to make large or small changes to further improve your performance. Adjustments can be made by simply twisting the “blue” high speed and “gold” low speed compression knobs located on the end of the remote reservoir of the FOX 2.5 coilovers. No tools or shop adjustments needed, allowing you to tune the suspension out on the trail like a pro.

BDS offers the Fox 2.5 coilovers w/ DSC adjusters both as complete systems ready to transform your stock truck into a trail monster as well as DSC coilover upgrade kits for customers looking to get more out of their BDS equipped trucks. With these new kits just hitting the market, BDS raises the bar once again on the level of performance, fit and function of your Ford, GM, Dodge, or Toyota. Stay tuned to updates as additional vehicle specific applications are released giving you a bolt-in ride height specific upgrade for popular IFS and solid axle applications. For more info on the current DSC coilover availability and to find a dealer near you head online to bds-suspension.com or call (517) 279-2135.

2010 Toyota Tundra here … Was going to invest in LT setup as a Christmas present for myself, glad I came upon this first. Would love to have it by spring time for my tribute. Staying tuned.

I have a 2015silverado and love your 4-6” high clearance lift, I really want more wheel travel though, any plans on a 6” long travel kit? Or can I add an existing mid to long travel kit with the 4”? The trucks just way too low, it’s for trail riding and having an adjustable suspension with more wheel travel would be incredible, I’m also not a fan of uniballs that require constant oiling, … I live in Canada with lots of winter driving with salt… any suggestions on what other suspension companies that increase wheel travel would compliment your 4”? And what size shock would I then need and would I need longer axles to go with the spacer?

Hey Vince,
Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately I can’t get into new product development topics (company policy) and say what may or may not be in the works. That said we don’t currently offer long travel options for the GM1500 trucks or aftermarket mid-travel UCAs. While it may be possible to add long travel arms to your existing kit, I can’t speak to what modifications/customization/fabrication may be involved.
