Built for Seymour Paints, this 1949 Dodge Powerwagon has come a long way from its humble workhorse beginnings. Built by the crew at FiveR Trucks in Golden, CO and featured on their TV Show the Lifted Life, this truck has been given a new lease on life with fresh paint, late model chassis and drivetrain, not to mention a ton of custom features.
The chassis started with a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 4WD chassis with the 5.9L Cummins diesel. From there the suspension was upgraded with a BDS 6″ Long Arm System featuring FOX 2.5 RR Coilovers and rear Recoil traction bars. This gave room for 38″ Nitto Ridge Grapplers on 20″ American Force wheels. Up front a Magnum bumper was added along with a Warn winch and LED lighting. Out back a custom flatbed and snowmobile ramp were added to haul the toys around.
The truck made it into the top 15 trucks from the 2016 SEMA Show, http://www.trucktrend.com/events/sema-auto-show/1611-truck-trend-editor-gondermans-top-15-trucks-of-sema-tensema16/
