Coldwater, MI: BDS fills out its lineup of 4" radius arm lift systems with several new options for the 2017-2019 and 2020 Ford Super Duty SRW and DRW trucks. Available in coil spring and coilover configurations along with rear lift blocks or replacement leaf springs options, BDS has several new 4" radius arm systems available to build the kit to meet your performance needs with clearance for 37" tires.

Radius Arm Systems: At the heart of these systems is a pair of heavy duty radius arms built to withstand whatever abuse you can throw at them. Built from 1-3/4" OD -10GA DOM tubing with support gussets, these replacement arms are far superior to the factory stamped steel units. They use a high clearance design for extra ground clearance and are formed inward to allow for additional clearance of oversized tires. They incorporate factory style 3-1/4" rubber bushings to minimize road vibrations and allow for a long, maintenance-free bushing life. The arms bolt into the factory mounting points and reposition the front axle to correct caster angle. The additional 4" of lift comes from a pair of full length diesel or gas specific ProRide coil springs offering smooth on road comfort and predictable handling when paired with your choice of NX2 series gas shocks or upgrade FOX 2.0 performance series IFP gas shocks. Steering angles are corrected by way of a forged drop pitman arm that functioned in phase with a track bar thanks to the heavy duty track bar drop bracket that recenters the front axle. Also included for the front suspension are a pair of sway bar relocation brackets, bump stop extensions, brake line relocation brackets and a NX2 series steering stabilizer with mounting bracket. Out back a you have the option of a fabricated block with integrated bump stop wing is used in place of the factory block to level the stance or upgrade to GlideRide rear leaf springs. These springs integrate a overload leaf for increased load capacity while offering smooth on-road ride quality. Longer black e-coated u-bolts and your choice of NX2 or FOX 2.0 shocks round out this 4" radius arm lift system.

Radius Arm Coilover Systems: For next level performance and capability, these 4" radius arm coilover systems won't dissapoint. They build off the tried and true BDS radius arm design  built to take whatever abuse you can throw at it. Up front a pair of heavy duty replacement radius arms are supplied to correct caster, improve ground clearance, and offer more strength than the factory stamped steel units. These arms are built from 1-3/4" OD -10GA DOM tubing with support gussets and are formed inward to allow for additional clearance of oversized tires. They incorporate factory style 3-1/4" rubber bushings to minimize road vibrations and allow for a long, maintenance-free bushing life. These work in combination with the specially tuned FOX 2.5 factory series remote reservoir coilovers (available with optional DSC adjustment - dual speed compression). These coilovers are preset right out of the box for optimal performance with the weight of the diesel engine and are an easy install using the supplied frame and axle mounting brackets. Moving onto the steering, the steering correction comes from a forged drop pitman arm. Also supplied is a 1/4" thick gusseted track bar drop bracket to recenter the front axle and keep the angles in phase for improved handling. Also included for the front suspension are a pair of sway bar relocation brackets, bump stop extensions, brake line relocation brackets, auxiliary FOX 2.0 performance series IFP shocks and upgraded steering stabilizer with mounting bracket. For the rear a you have the option of a 4.5" fabricated block with integrated bump stop wing is used in place of the factory block to level the stance or upgrade to GlideRide rear leaf springs. These springs integrate a overload leaf for increased load capacity while offering smooth on-road ride quality. Longer black e-coated u-bolts and FOX 2.0 shocks round out these 4" radius arm coilover systems.
