Indy 4Wheel Jamboree Nationals Recap

BDS-Indy28September 24, 2013: As the weather starts to cool off and summer turns to fall each year, the 4Wheel Jamboree Nationals roll into Indianapolis, IN for one last hurrah of the off-road show series. For many, its their last chance to show their rigs for the year, whether in the show-n-shine, tough truck races, burnout competition, or on the dyno. BDS was on site for the week of activities as the Indiana State Fairgrounds were overrun for 3-days of high octane entertainment. With more than 4500 vehicles and nearly 15,000 4×4 enthusiasts on site to all the excitement. The grand stands were the place to watch the monster trucks racing, freestyle, and mud drags, while many came to check out all the rigs on display around the fairgrounds. Hot laps are among the favorite activities as many cruised the fairgrounds showing off their rides for the crowd to see. New this year Fox Racing hosted an offroad proving ground area for cruisers to detour from the hot lap to test out their suspension.

Over on vendor row thousands flocked to talk to manufacturers, check out new products and take advantage of show specials. BDS set up with Fox Racing in the vendor row to show off a few project trucks, new products, chat with customers, and sell BDS swag. In addition to our many show rigs on display BDS had a new 2013 Ram 3500 showing off a prototype lift kit and a 2014 GMC 1500 running a soon to be released BDS 6” C/O lift kit. These trucks received plenty of attention as this was their first time being seen out in public. The BDS KJ grabbed attention as many came by to see this latest creation from the engineers at BDS R&D. Many stopped by to see the trucks, price out lift kits, and pick up BDS shirts, hoodies, and koozies on sale.

A big thanks to everyone that made it out for the show and stopped by the BDS booth. The Indy 4Wheel Jamboree is one that we have on our calendar each year and look forward to showing at. Check out some of the photos from this weekend below. To see more, head to the BDS Facebook Page.
