4″ Lift Kits for 2014 FOrd Raptor Trucks2014 Ford F150 Raptor 4WDColdwater, MI—January 8, 2015— BDS Suspension now offers 4″ High Clearance Lift Systems for the 2014 Ford F150 Raptor trucks. Designed to take full advantage of the Raptor’s front Fox triple internal bypass coilovers and rear 2.5″ piggyback reservoir shocks, this new system is designed to further improve the trucks capability offroad while maintaining its on-road mannerisms and allowing adequate clearance for 37″ tires. There are several similarities between the Ford Raptor and standard F150 chassis allowing BDS to integrate several of the existing FMVSS No.126 (ESC system) compliant F150 kit components into this new Raptor system. Up front this 4″ system utilizes a pair of 1/4″ thick one-piece laser cut steel high clearance crossmembers to reposition the SVT lower A-arms along with a multipoint differential relocation system and heavy duty differential skid plate. This creates a solid subframe and gives additional offroad protection whether you are charging through the open desert of out on a backcountry trail. A pair of CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles are supplied to reposition front tie rod mounts and integrate with the factory A-arms. Heavy duty top mounted spacers are supplied to provide lift and allow you to retain the Fox triple internal bypass coilovers. Also included are sway bar relocation brackets to maintain correct operating angles, alignment cam bolts, a billet aluminum front driveshaft spacer, brake line brackets to allow adequate slack at full suspension droop, and new front skid mounting brackets to reposition the signature Raptor front aluminum skid plate. Out back BDS supplies a 4″ block and u-bolt kit replace the factory block and level the stance of the Raptor. The 4” blocks include a bump stop wing for proper bump stop engagement offroad. Also supplied are a pair of axle mounted shock extension brackets to work with the Raptor’s Fox 2.5″ piggyback shocks. As with all BDS suspension lifts, this new Ford Raptor 4″ lift kit is backed by Factory Protection Plus giving you the confidence to use it and abuse it out on the trail. I got a 2014 Raptor with aftermarket 3.0 fox coil overs and also at the back , with deavers +2 springs , I was wondering would your bds kit work with the aftermarket 3.0 and the deavers ? , I need a little bit more lift for clearance , but you know I don’t want those Cv angles to go out of the proper angle with just lifting via preload spring adjuster , I just want everything aligned properly , and this kit includes welding and cutting right for the crossmembers ?

Hey Kaled, thanks for reaching out about lift options for your Raptor. Our 4″ IFS kit is designed to retain all best components of the Raptor, the coilovers, the bypass shocks, the UCA/LCAs, etc all while correcting the suspension, steering and driveline geometry for 4″ of lift. Assuming your 3.0 coilovers bolt into the factory mounts our top mounted coilover spacer will still be compatible. In the back our kit is designed to use 4″ rear blocks with longer u-bolts in place of the factory blocks to level the stance. Being you’ve switched over to a thicker Deaver leaf pack you may need longer u-bolts. Our kit does require cutting the factory crossmember for front driveline clearance and we supply a weld-in support gusset.
