OK Auto’s Open House
BDS made the trip out to OK Auto’s annual open house event last weekend to a day of fun out on the east coast. OK Auto continues to improve their shop out in Stewartsville, NJ and holds this event each spring as a way to say thanks to their customers. BDS was among a few vendors that showed up to take part in the festivities. There was plenty to see and do all day with the rock climbing wall, off-road obstacle course  and vendors showing off the latest products. BDS had its new late-model Tacoma lift on display in the BDS booth. We had a ton of customers stop by to chat about their BDS lifts and plenty more came by interested in getting their trucks lifted. BDS heads to OK Auto’s OKtober Truckfest
BDS’s very own Chris Bowers just made it back to Michigan after heading down to OK 4WD‘s annual OKtoberfest. Here is his take on the event: OKtober Truckfest, what a show! Apparently no one around BDS Distributor OK Auto 4WD in Stewartsville, NJ is aware of a slump in the economy! OKtober Truckfest had  record registrations with over 170 vehicles along with (1) Blackhawk Military helicopter landing during the show! The showroom and sales counter were busy from the time the doors opened at 9:00 am to closing. The show always has something for everyone, from a band on the back deck playing your favorite tunes to pumpkin painting for the kids. Following the show and shine competition Jim O., owner of OK opened up the rock pile and test terrain to anyone feeling the need. OKtober Truckfest
We took the BDS Tundra with a 7” lift along with our displays out to OK Auto’s “OKtober Truckfest” which was great success. The weather cooperated with us, the turnout was great, and the vehicles were amazing! Ok Auto does an awesome job putting the show together. The front parking lot was full of vendors showing the off their wares,  a singing duet for additional entertainment and the local fire department had a food tent going to keep everyone happy! A few folks besides the R/C crowd made way to the rock pile to show off their driving skills during the show. Ok Auto also had a table full of trophies to give out at the end of the show along with other prizes such as a BDS gift certificate for suspension products.
