BDS at the 2015 Off-Road Expo
Off-Road Expo continues to be one of the headline events on BDS’s event calendar each year as tens of thousands flock to the Pomona Fairplex for 2-days devoted to offroaders. With hundreds of vendors in attendance setting up to show off the latest products for trucks, Jeeps, UTVs and motos. From racing to recreational, overloading to weekend warriors this show has something for everyone. Show trucks, race trucks and demo’s went on all weekend long, this show has something for people of all ages with race exhibitions and to cool displays, celebrities appearances and a must see bikini contest. BDS set up a massive 20×90 ft booth space in the main hall of the show. Indy 4Wheel Jamboree 2015
BDS has been attending the 4Wheel Jamboree Nationals for almost 2 decades and their flagship event held at the Indiana State Fairgrounds never disappoints. Over the years the vehicles have changed along with some of the activities to draw in the crowds, but one thing remains, its one hell of a good time. Held mid-September each year, the Indy 4Wheel Jamboree continues to be our favorite of the series. While we love them all, the people, the rides, and activities, the Indy show boasts the largest attendance with more than 4500 vehicles and 10,000 people in attendance, a great layout for activities and vendors, and only a quick 3.5 hour haul from our home offices in Michigan. This year we teamed up with local Indianapolis distributor, Elite Auto Image, with a killer booth spot at the end of the grand stands. BDS Project KJ wheels Moab Offroad’s Week-O-Wheeling
This past week BDS suspension was fortunate enough get involved on the Week O Wheeling (WOW, for short) event put on by Moab Offroad of Louisville, Kentucky. This year marked Max, the owner of Moab Offroad’s 10th annual WOW event, and it really showed in his awesome selection of trails and crazy surprises randomly thrown in when you would least expect it! The event has an Ultimate Adventure feel to it with a “run what you brung” mentality to build a rig wheel your rig, fix your rig if it breaks and drive to the next stop on the week long adventure. Moab Offroad has been a BDS distributor for year’s and this year we teamed up as title sponsor for the event to bring a video of all the action to you in conjunction with Zero to 60 Media. BDS spends the week at the beach for the OC Jeep Week
BDS made the trip to the east coast for Ocean City Jeep Week. Held in the Atlantic coast city of Maryland, the event attracts several hundreds of Jeepers for 4-days of activities. Mornings began for most with a 7am beach crawl down the coast followed by the main event at the convention center where the show-n-shine contest brought out Jeeps varying from vintage Willys classics to the latest in trail built and mall crawlers. Among with the show-n-shine there was a monster truck on site giving out free rides and a local dealership giving test drives. Scattered around were vendors inside and outside the show promoting their latest products. BDS was among them out to promote our Jeep kits both coil sprung and leaf sprung with a 8.5” Long Arm equipped MJ on 37s on display in our booth. Get ready for Indy, Expo, and SEMA 2015!
The countdown is on to the final 3 major shows of the 2015 show season for BDS Suspension. Each year we attend dozens of shows, trail rides, meet-n-greets, open houses, and charity events and each year 3 of the biggest come back to back to back before we take off a few months to get ready for the next year. Its been a busy few months preparing for and starting in just over a week we start on the final 3, Indy, Expo, and SEMA. Indianapolis 4Wheel Jamboree (Indianapolis, IN Â – Â September 18-20, 2015) The Indy 4Wheel Jamboree is without a doubt the biggest of the jamboree series bringing in tens of thousands for a 3 day weekend of lifted trucks, offroad racing, monster trucks and more.
