Off-Road Expo 2012 One of the largest off-road trade show around was this past weekend in Pomona, CA. BDS made the trip westward to setup and show off some of our latest kit offerings and pair of cool show trucks. Each year the show continues to grow as new truck and off-raod enthusiasts make it to the Pomona Fairplex for this festival of the four wheeler (and 2-wheelers). BDS Reps, Mike Maloney and Jason Shellhaas hung out in the booth talking to customers and answering questions. For booth vehicles, BDS had a 4th Gen Ram 2500 running the BDS 8” Long Arm with all the bells and whistles along with a standard cab/short bed GMC 1500 running the BDS 6” Performance Coilover Series Suspension. Thanks to everyone that stopped by the booth, this year was once again a great Off-Road Expo for us. We’ll see you next year… To check…

BDS Suspension hit the road this morning in route to Butler, PA for the 2nd Annual Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival. The festival takes over the town of Butler, PA as thousands gather to celebrate all that is Jeep; the people, the lifestyle, and most importantly the heritage. Back in 1940 the US Army requested auto manufacturers design a light weight 4wd reconnaissance vehicle. The Bantam Reconnaissance Car (BRC) was built and originally chosen, but due to unattainable production demands, the contract was given to Ford and Willys who produced over 600,000 Jeeps during WWII. The event is sure to be a great time for the whole family. Events start Friday night with the invasion of downtown Butler and continue Saturday and Sunday out at the Butler Fairgrounds. BDS Suspension will be out in the vendor area next to Meridian Offroad Center so stop by to see us and take advantage…

BDS Suspension’s Mike Maloney cruised down to Bristol, TN over the weekend to hang out at our distributor RPM Offroad’s Open House event. Whether you’re in to lifted trucks or off-road racing, this event had a something for you. Mike came back with great stories from the weekend and had this to say about the event: Passion! This is the first thing that comes to mind when I think of RPM Offroad in Bristol, TN. The ability to assemble a team of great guys to manage a thriving off-road shop at the same time running an extremely successful off-road racing program takes more than just time and money. It also takes passion! Like everything Justin and his crew put their minds to, the RPM Open House on July 21st this year was a great hit! From the R/C car track and black smoke spewing from the Dyno to Robbie Gordon…

BDS hit the road last week with the BDS Ram 2500 in route to the Louisiana 4xFest in Hammond, LA with BDS Distributor Light Line 4×4. One of our favorite things is to get feedback from our customers and distributors on what they think of our lift kits and where they explore. We recently received an email from Chris over at Buzz Boxliners up in Edmonton, AB. Chris wrote: Just a quick note to let you guys know we love your product. We have been installing your BDS kits on our 2011 and 2012 GMC trucks that we do for our dealership showroom trucks. We have done some other kits as well and by far the simple install and overall time it takes to install your kit is better than all others. Thanks for the great work.
