BDS Project Raider is ready for SEMA

BDS’s Project Raider is hitting the road for SEMA. The last minute 2 week build up is featuring several new products and will make its debut as BDS’s new promotional tow rig in the BDS SEMA Booth #30192. The truck is built as a practical hauler right at home screaming through the desert as it does hauling a show trailer around the country. Build sheet includes:

Suspension: 3″ Coilover Conversion w/ UCA and LCA, Fox 2.5 Coilovers w/ DSC Adjusters, rear 2.5 Fox remote resi shocks w/ IFP bump stops.
Tires: 35×12.50×20 Nitto Exo Grapplers
Wheels: 20×9 Fuel Offroad Hostage III (5″ BSing)
Grille: T-Rex X-Metal grille
Bumpers: N-Fab RDS front bumper, BDS fabbed rear bumper
Lighting: zRoadz 40″ curved light bar (front) and 3″ cubes (rear)
Steps: N-Fab wheel-to-wheel nerf steps
Flares: Bushwacker Extend-A-Fender flares
Diff Cover: AFE aluminum finned rear cover
Bed Cover: Extang Revolution tonneau cover
Programmer: Bully Dog Diesel GT Platinum Tuner
Intake: AFE cold air intake

This coil over conversion is what the 2500 HD 2011 up desperately needs . Also consider possibly a lighter spring rate for the 6.0 liter gas engine.

The initial launch is aimed at the higher production 6.6L Duramax trucks, but there may be 6.0L gas options in the future

Hey Eli, at the time of the build N-Fab was still prototyping the bumpers for the redesigned 2015+ HD trucks. The bumper they sent wasn’t a great fit and things like the front body mount frame brackets weren’t covered up. You can see from the photos in the earlier writeups about Raider that we modified the bumper side wings and built filler panels to help with the ascetic. I don’t believe N-Fab ever released a bolt-on bumper for the late model HDs
