It was a mad rush to finish up Project Slate. All the little details always seem to take longer than expected and with 3 straight days of rain we can’t exactly say the weather is cooperating. The truck hit the road first thing this morning with trailer in tow as the first group makes their way to sin city for the 2013 SEMA Show. Check out the video and stay tuned for more next week during the show!

The control arm are formed inward to offer extra clearance with larger tires installed. The Wheel width/backspacing and tire size is also importance on the clearance topic, but fit nicely on these new trucks. The arms are designed specifically for the new ’13-14 OE equipped radius arm trucks.

@Tim, As you can see from Project Slate sitting at 8” and 40s the kits are in the works, unfortunately our company policy is not to discus kit details, pricing, release date until we have all the parts on the shelf available for sale.

Lets say I wanted you guys to make me the exact same truck, maybe a different color. How much would it cost?

Being that we don’t offer retail installs and many of the parts on this truck were prototype/promotional its hard to put a number on it. I’d estimate the mods to the trucks (no including the truck) to be around $15-20K

Are the front shock hoops something that you will be making for purchase or were they just a one off for the build?

Hey Will,
We released dual shock hoops kits last June for the late model OE radius arm RAM 2500/3500 equipped trucks. We offer them with BDS-5500 and Fox 2.0 shocks to fit our 4”, 6”, or 8” kits. https://blog.bds-suspension.com/?p=7426 is the original press release and you can find them on the BDS website under Dodge/Ram accessories or when building a customized lift kit. Head to http://bds-suspension.com/ to price out the kits and options.
