BDS gets ready for Easter Jeep Safari 2015

BDS-KJ_123453 days to go and the shop is a wreck. Multiple vehicles torn apart, truck parts arriving daily, and a good mix of panic with anticipation as we get ready for this year’s Easter Jeep Safari (EJS) in Moab, UT. This annual gathering held the week before Easter brings thousands of 4Wheelers from around the US and beyond for a week of 4wheeling in the beautiful red rock terrain around Moab. There is even a 2-day vendor show towards the end of the week and a raffle of hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of vendor products. BDS has been attending this show for the better part of the last decade as the Red Rock 4Wheelers Club host their 49th Jeep Safari. Over the years this event has grown to mammoth proportions with hundreds of vendors and even Jeep using the event to debut cool new concepts each year.

While the majority of the vehicles in attendance each year are Jeeps, EJS brings in rigs of all shapes, sizes and brands. Four Wheeler Magazine hosts a full-size invasion trail ride that the BDS tow rigs always attends. Crawl Magazine hosts an event out at BFE, and several venders host trail rides and parties throughout the week. This year BDS is building up our new Ford Super Duty tow rig along with a refresher on Project KJ. Once out in Moab we’ll be hosting our traditional beer me event so find BDS (or sister companies Zone Offroad and JKS Manufacturing) out on the trail or in town for your free beer coupons good for a free pint of craft brew at the Moab Brewery. We’ll also have event specials going on so if you’re in the market for a lift kit this is a great time to find us out on the trail.

Stay tuned for updates as we prep the rigs for EJS and head out to Moab for a week of 4wheeling. We’ll have plenty more to post from the event on BDS’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
