BDS gets ready for Easter Jeep Safari 2015
3 days to go and the shop is a wreck. Multiple vehicles torn apart, truck parts arriving daily, and a good mix of panic with anticipation as we get ready for this year’s Easter Jeep Safari (EJS) in Moab, UT. This annual gathering held the week before Easter brings thousands of 4Wheelers from around the US and beyond for a week of 4wheeling in the beautiful red rock terrain around Moab. There is even a 2-day vendor show towards the end of the week and a raffle of hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of vendor products. BDS heads to EJS and Jeep Beach in April 2014
After a few month winter hibernation show season is upon us and ramping back up for 2014. With a few events under our belt already, BDS is prepping for a busy April as we head west for the 48th Annual Easter Jeep Safari in Moab, Utah. We have a number of activities plans, trail rides and special events planned for while we’re out there (see below). Following the weeklong 4wheeling and vendor show around the red rock terrain the crew from BDS is loading up and heading east to make it in time for the Jeep Beach in Daytona Beach, FL during the following week. 2013 Easter Jeep Safari Recap
What a week out in the red rocks of Moab, UT. Good weather, great people, and plenty of 4-wheeling as the Red Rock 4Wheeler Club hosted their 47th Annual Easter Jeep Safari March 23-31, 2013. What started as a small pre-Easter gathering of friends years ago has grown into the annual must-see industry event. Thousands of Jeeps, buggies, and side-by-sides converging on the small town of Moab for a 8 days of trails, parties, and a 2 day vendor show just outside of town. Vendors from around the country make the trip to Moab and Jeep debuts a number of concept vehicles each year. The club does a great job of organizing the event and always concludes with a vendor sponsored raffle drawing, this year with more that $150,000 worth of prizes handed out to the crowd. BDS loaded up for the 2013 Easter Jeep Safari
The guys from BDS Suspension have their bags packed and are ready to embark on the 25 hour road trip from Coldwater, MI to Moab, UT for the 2013 Easter Jeep Safari. This event, the 47th annual gathering, is hosted by the Red Rock 4Wheelers Club and welcomes thousands of Jeeps and other off-road vehicles to the tiny town of Moab for a week of 4wheeling. This event continues to grow each year and boasts hundreds of aftermarket companies, media member, celebrities, and even support from the Mopar division of Jeep who debuts a number of project vehicles. The event runs Saturday March 23rd through Sunday March 31st with numerous trail rides that range from scenic cruises to down right  treacherous. Well it’s been about a week since BDS Suspension has made it home from the 46th annual Easter Jeep Safari. The stack of paper on my desk from being out all week is slimming down and I thought it was would be a good time to recap the weeks events filled with photo shoots, magazine events, long days out on the trail, great food & drinks, a huge vendor show and $200,000+ raffled off to event goers. Each year during the week leading up to Easter is taken over by thousands of 4wd enthusiasts looking for some off-road excitement. What started as a way to promote tourism to a new demographic has since developed into the Mecca of off-road with the Red Rock 4Wheelers taking the lead to host the event each year. BDS has arrived in Moab!
It’s been a long couple of days heading out from Coldwater, MI in route to Moab, Utah for the 46th Annual Easter Jeep Safari, but we made it! The weather’s great and the rigs are nice and clean in preparation for a week of wheeling, photoshoots, vendor shows, and more… For those of you out in Moab, look for us out and about to get your free beer coupon for the Moab  Brewery and enjoy some great food and spirits after a long day of trail riding this week.
