Extang is a name synonymous with quality truck accessories. Specializing in series of tonneau covers within the Truck Hero truck accessories family, they have been manufacturing bed covers for over 30 years. We, here at BDS Suspension, have been running Extang on our trucks for years and love the features of their removable tonneau covers when packing out rigs for shows and weekend outings. When it came time to build a truck for the 2014 SEMA Show, the crew at Extang came up with a plan to overhaul a brand new 2015 Ford F150, which at the time was still months away from being released to the general public.
