It’s almost here, just a few short days until the 2016 SEMA Show out in sin city, Las Vegas, NV. With 2000+ companies displaying and more than 100,000 in attendance, this show is the pinnacle event for the automotive aftermarket industry each year. This year the Sport Truck USA family, home to BDS Suspension, Zone Offroad Products, JKS Manufacturing, 4×4 Posi-Lok and RT Pro UTV will be set up in our new larger 25x90ft space (#30204).
OKtober Truckfest Recap
This past weekend BDS hit the road for Stewartsville, NJ, home of OK 4WD for their annual OKtober Truckfest event. We’ve been attending this event for years now and each year we look forward to spending the day at this incredible shop, checking out all the awesome rides on display and talking with customers. This year marked the 27th Annual Truckfest and they had their biggest turnout yet. Along with over 200 trucks entered in this year’s truck show, the crew from OK 4WD offered up great food, a huge raffle, and numerous vendors on site. BDS was out showing off the Chevy products with Project Raider (our 2015 Chevy 2500HD) outfitted with the new BDS 6.5″ Coilover Conversion High Clearance System on 38s as well as the BDS Colorado, (our 2015 Chevy Colorado) running the BDS 5.5″ DSC Coilover System on 33s. Heart Defects Fundraiser | Rockstar Kustomz
Rockstar Kustomz has been a long time BDS distributor out of Grand Junction, CO. This past weekend they hosted their inaugural Rockstar Custom Heartz event, what will be an annual fundraiser supporting local children born with heart defects. When Thad called and told us about the event we loaded up the BDS F250 and headed out to support this great cause. There was good turnout for the event being its first year and partly due to the help from the Grand Mesa Jeep Club who postponed their own event to make sure that all of their members could make it out to support the Rockstar Kustom Heartz event. BDS Suspension was joined by several local and national vendors who were there in support while answer questions and offering up swag. With the grill going all afternoon Rockstar Customz owner Thad put together a great event with good food, vendors, and fun for the whole family.…
Extreme ORV Expo Recap
The BDS crew made the trip to the Ionia Fair Grounds this past weekend for the Extreme ORV Expo. Held October 7-9th, this event is open to trucks, Jeeps and UTVs with activities for the whole family to enjoy. BDS set up in the vendor area alongside sister company Zone Offroad for the weekend’s activities to talk to customers and answer questions. Also out at the event were several BDS dealers including Vehicle Accessories, Never Enough Auto, and All Pro Automotive. In the booth we had Project KJ and the Zone MJ flexed out for show goers to come by and check out. Around the show there were plenty of activities including the dirt drags, mud pit to play in, mega truck racing, and the bump and hustle offroad competition. In all it was a great weekend, beautiful weather, nice turnout, and plenty of action to check out. See below…
