We see a lot of customer rigs at shows around the country. We made our Bad Ass Rides Gallery as a way for you to submit your rides and check out others. If we find rides that stand out and need a more in-depth story we may hit you up to do a feature on it for the BDS Blog.
Earlier this week Retired TSgt Ray Hagemeister, USAF stopped by the BDS Headquarters in Coldwater, MI to show off his BDS equipped 2012 Dodge Ram 3500. We took advantage of the opportunity and took him out back to make the most of it with a quick video and photos. Thank you for your service Ray and thanks for stopping by with your truck.

How’d he modify it if you don’t mind me asking
Hey Chris, while its still running the BDS long arm kit, the height is modified by stacking coil spacers up front and adding a rear block to our springs in the back. That said we do not recommend doing modifying the kits from how our engineers designed the kits to operate as additional modifications may be needed for the vehicle to function properly. Steering and drive line modifications would likely be needed, as well as longer shocks and extended brake lines.
So why don’t you all at BDS create a 10″ or 12″ Long Arm / 4 Link Lift Kit, especially if you all have the engineers. So that no one will have to stack nor cause a safety issue to them selves or fam members. Just saying! Don’t get me wrong, your all 8″ 4 Link lift kit is legit but I just don’t want to run 37’s like everyone else. I would like a lift kit on my 16′ RAM 2500 4×4 6.7 with 40×15.50’s.
