Coldwater, MI: BDS adds to their lineup of lift kits and accessories for the 2021 Ford Bronco with HD rear adjustable upper and lower control arm kits designed for additional strength and adjustability to position the rear axle. In addition new rear adjustable track bars kits are now shippiing correctly position the rear axle laterally on lifted applications.

Rear Adjustable Upper/Lower Control Arms:

Ford left room for improvement with the factory rear control arms on the Ford Bronco. BDS has the solution with heavy duty, bolt-in replacements designed to correctly locate the rear axle under your Bronco. These replacement rear upper and lower control arms are constructed from high-strength 1.90" OD x .20" wall tubing for a severe strength upgrade when your out on the trail. The ends are locked in with a massive jam nut and are adjustable in half turn intervals, allowing you to dial in the alignment and pinion angle with greater precision than other options on the market that require a full turn. The axle side utilizes an OE-style rubber bushing for long service-free operation and better isolation of the noise, vibration, and harshness associated with driving across various terrain. The frame mount side features a large forged end for strength and durability and is available with either OE-style rubber bushings or flex ends that allow up to 30-degrees of misalignment for greater articulation. These arms are compatible with 2-6.5" of lift and finished in a durable textured black powdercoat for excellent corrosion resistance.

Rear Adjustable Trackbar:

BDS is now offering heavy duty adjustable rear track bars specially designed for the new Ford Bronco. These replacement track bars are a massive upgrade over the factory unit and will allow you to correctly center the rear axle under your rig after you have added up to 6.5" of lift. Constructed from high strength 1-1/4" OD solid steel, these track bars have a gusseted end and durometer specific bushings to handle whatever on-road and off-road abuse you can throw at it. Unlike other adjustable track bars on the market, the threaded double adjustment collar allows you to easily make changes while the track bar is already installed on the vehicle and secures reliably with a pinch-bolt style clamp. Both ends use OE style bushings for durability, quiet operation and zero maintenance. Finished in our high quality textured black powdercoat for a great look and excellent corrosion resistance.
