Coldwater, MI—August 26, 2013—BDS Suspension has released a control arm upgrade kit for Dodge Ram 2500/3500 with 2-3″ of lift. These new upper and lower fixed length control arms recenter the front axle in the wheel well while adjusting for proper caster and pinion angles. The arms are constructed from heavy duty 1.5″ OD x .250 wall tubing with fully welded greaseable ends. Durometer specific polyurethane bushings isolate road noise and allow for a smooth ride with improved articulation. Bushings are dual fluted for maximum greasing to extend service life. All 4 arms come with a rugged textured black power coating for a durable finish. The arms are designed to work on 2003-2013 Dodge Ram 2500 and 2003-2012 Dodge Ram 3500 trucks with 2-3″ lifts kit. The arms are available as an upgrade for 2″ and 3″ BDS lift kits as well as compatible with most other suspension lifts of similar height. Will these fit 98.5 Dodge Ram diesel
Hey Jim, these control arms are designed for the new ’03+ RAM 2500/3500 trucks. We offer a similar set for the ’94-02 RAM 2500/3500 trucks, designed for 4-5” of lift. The short arm control arm upgrade is #122305 and includes upper/lower arms, polyurethane bushings, sleeves and grease fittings. are these extended in length at all? It does not say in the description, I would assume 0.50″ over stock length.
Hey Matt, these UCA/LCAs are slightly longer than stock to correctly position the front axle in the center of the wheelwell with 2-3″ of lift.
