In Route to Butler, PA for the Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival
BDS Suspension hit the road this morning in route to Butler, PA for the 2nd Annual Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival. The festival takes over the town of Butler, PA as thousands gather to celebrate all that is Jeep; the people, the lifestyle, and most importantly the heritage. Back in 1940 the US Army requested auto manufacturers design a light weight 4wd reconnaissance vehicle. The Bantam Reconnaissance Car (BRC) was built and originally chosen, but due to unattainable production demands, the contract was given to Ford and Willys who produced over 600,000 Jeeps during WWII. The event is sure to be a great time for the whole family. Events start Friday night with the invasion of downtown Butler and continue Saturday and Sunday out at the Butler Fairgrounds. This Made in the USA belly pan is built from 3/16″ steel and includes corner gussets for added strength. One key benefit to this system over others on the market is the new low profile transmission mount that allows for the additional clearance without requiring motor mount modification. The BDS belly pan increases ground clearance by 1-1/4″ on the ’03-06 TJ Wranglers and 1/2″ on the ’97-02 models. 17th Annual PA Jeeps All Breeds Jeep Show Recap
BDS Suspension hit the road at the end of last week in route to York, PA for the 17th Annual All Breeds Jeep Show. Despite the rain and gloomy weather Jeepers made it from all over the country and beyond to show off their rigs and enjoy the festivities. With over 800 Jeeps from war time resto-builds to brand new JKs, daily drivers and race rigs. The ever popular obstacle course gave participants the opportunity to test out their rigs and get some thrills while spectators cheered them on. Many took advantage of special show time specials and  walked around the swap meet for gently used parts and accessories. BDS Suspension made it out for the event and set up a booth in the vendor area showing off some of our new products and offering great show specials. BDS hits the road for PA: PA Jeep Show this weekend!
The summer months are a popular time for events in the Northeast US. BDS is hitting the road once again in route to it’s 4th show in the past month, this time it’s the PA Jeeps All Breeds Jeep Show in York, PA. Hosted by the PA Jeep Club this event is now in it’s 17th year bringing enthusiasts together from around the country to celebrate all things Jeep. The show has grown to fill the fairgrounds exceeding 700+ Jeeps of all sizes, shapes, and eras and fun for the whole family. Events includes show-n-shine contest, off-road obstacle course, vendor show with show specials, swap meet, and more. Outback Offroad Adventure Recap
This past weekend BDS Suspension hit the road in route to a pair of Pennsylvania 4wheel events, the Bloomsburg 4Wheel Jamboree and the Outback Offroad Adventure. BDS Reps Dave DeVormer and Ryan Snyders took the company’s TJ out for the weekend of wheeling and camping out at the park. The ORV park is owned and operated by the crew of Meridian Offroad in Butler, PA and Rob, Terry, and Jeff continue to be a great BDS distributor offering top notch customer service and installs. Their passion for the sport get them out to the park on the weekends and organize big events from time to time like this past weekend’s outing. The park has a variety of terrains and numerous obstacles to challenge every level of offroader.
