PRESS RELEASE #119 2005-2012 Toyota Tacoma 4” Lift Kit View 4″ lift kit online Coldwater, MI—April 20, 2012—BDS Suspension is expanding their line of suspension options for the late model Toyota Tacoma trucks. Now in stock and available for sale BDS offers a complete 4” suspension lift for the 2005-2012 Toyota Tacoma. These new IFS suspension systems follows BDS proven design standards using full one-piece front/rear crossmembers coupled with precision machined ductile cast iron steering knuckles. The steering knuckles are designed to work within the factory traction control constraints and provide stock-like handling characteristics. The knuckles are also considerably more robust in both the mass and strength over the OE components. The crossmembers are built from ¼” steel plate and have integrated differential mounts that work with the new provided differential mounts to properly reposition the front differential for optimal CV and front driveshaft angles. Tundra Build on Off-Road Overhaul

This truck will be outfitted with a BDS suspension lift, Dick Cepek wheels and tires, Amp Research steps, aFe performance upgrades and more by the crew at Offroad Unlimited. This new show has the truck and off-road enthusiasts in mind with a mix of vehicle buildups and off-road adventures as the show’s host, Mike Duval, overhauls 4WD vehicles with lift kit, wheels, tires, and other accessories. Once overhauled, Mike and his crew take the owner on an off-road adventure to try out the tricked out rig. BDS Suspension was proud to be asked to supply the suspensions for these rewarding buildups.
