2" Leveling Kit: Specially designed for the new Ranger, this 2" leveling kit is engineered for additional tire clearance and improved performance without overextending the suspension or driveline angles at full suspension droop (as is the case with other top mounted spacers and taller leveling kits on the market). The issue with most other kits is they increase the overall length of the strut assembly maxing out ball joints and causing the CV shaft/boot to operate at an extreme angle leading to premature wear/failure of the components. To get around this apparent issue the BDS kit uses a 2-piece design with a smaller top mounted steel strut spacer in combination with a preload spacer. The top mounted spacer installs easily and is finished in a durable black e-coating for a clean appearance. The preload spacer installs below the spring and raises the ride height without extending the overall extended length of the strut assembly while maintaining factory ride quality allowing you to get the most out of your new Ranger's factory suspension.

2.5" Lift System : This new system builds off the factory suspension mounting points and offers improved strength, ground clearance and suspension travel. All components have been engineered in unison to ensure suspension and drivetrain geometry is maintained, rather than other " leveling kits" on the market that just throw in a top spacer which maxes out the angles at droop. The new ride height is the result of a combination of a specially designed top mounted steel fabricated strut spacer in conjunction with a preload spacer for a total 2.5" of front lift. The reason for the combination is to achieve the correct ride height without increasing the overall extended length of the strut assembly too the point of causing premature wear of the CV axle boots and other front end components. To further ensure proper drivetrain geometry the front differential is repositioned using relocation brackets. These brackets correct CV axle angle while allowing the use of the factory front skid plates. In the rear the factory shocks are replaced with your choice of precision tuned NX2 gas or FOX 2.0 performance IFP gas shocks for improved damping.

3.5" Lift System : This new system builds off the factory mounting points and offers improved strength, ground clearance and suspension travel. The new ride height is the result of a combination top mounted steel fabricated strut spacer along with preload spacer for a total 3.5" of front lift. The reason for the combination is to achieve the correct ride height without increasing the overall extended length of the strut assembly too the point of causing premature wear of the CV axles and other front end components. Also supplied for the front end are a pair of performance upper control arms (UCAs) designed for improved strength and suspension travel. Built from thick wall 1.5" DOM tubing, these UCAs utilize an indexed ball joint cup to reposition the upper ball joints and allowing more droop travel. These arms come fully assembled right out of the box with high quality greaseable Moog ball joints and Clevite rubber bushings for long life, quiet operation and superior corrosion resistance over uniballs and heims. Finishing out the front of these 3.5" systems is a small differential relocation to help further improve CV axle operating angle.

In the rear of these lift systems the factory leaf springs are retained and 1" lift comes from a heavy duty replacement shackle. These shackles are built from high strength 3/8" steel and have the benefit of leveling the stance, correcting rear pinion angle and allowing for increased rear suspension travel. Also supplied for the rear of these 3.5" lift kits are your choice of specially tuned NX2 nitro series gas shocks or FOX 2.0 IFP performance series gas shocks for improved damper performance. All kits come finished in a durable black e-coat finish and sent with all hardware packs to complete the install along with step-by-step installation instructions. 3.5" Coilover System : At the heart of these 3.5" coilover systems are a pair of specially tuned FOX 2.0 performance series coilovers. These non-reservoir coilovers are preset for the correct lift height right out of the box and use a threaded body to allow preload adjustment. They are a direct bolt-in replacement for the factory strut assemblies and improve damper performance featuring a 2.0" extruded and machined 6061 T6 aluminum body for better heat dispersion, along with an internal floating piston (IFP) to eliminate oil aeration, FOX's proprietary internals, 5/8" hard chrome plated heat treated alloy shaft all preloaded with coil springs ready for easy installation.This kit takes perfomrance for the next level by upgrading to FOX 2.0 performance series. Also supplied for the front end are a pair of performance upper control arms (UCAs) designed for improved strength and suspension travel. 6" Systems: These kits have been built from the ground up to improve performance and functionality. This new 6" lift system joins the current 2.5" and 3.5" BDS lift options bringing you on road comfort, off-road capability and clearance for up to 35" tires. While some companies build "kits" to fit larger tires, BDS Suspension prides itself in engineering complete suspension systems designed to take your vehicle's performance to the next level while retaining OE-level functionality. Case in point the (NHTSA) National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's FMVSS No.126 compliance standards requiring any aftermarket modification to not adversely effect the vehicle's electronic stability control (ESC) system performance in the event of an evasive maneuver. These new kits have been independently tested and certified compliant with these standards with up to 35" tires [as tested on 35x12.50 tires on 18x9 wheels w/ 5" BS]. Additionally through our extensive testing we've found a number of concerns that needed to be addressed to ensure durability, compatibility and functionality on the new Ranger.
