3" Leveling Kit: This kit is designed to level your vehicle. However, if you desire to maintain the stock rake there is a 1" shackle or 2" rear block kit available when you build your kit. Other options include rear shock absorbers for this 3" Toyota Tundra leveling kit

3" Coilover Lift System: These kits use FOX 2.0 performance series IFP coilovers for bolt-in upgrade to the factory strut assemblies for improve damper performance across all terrains. Also supplied as part of these complete 3" lift system are a pair of BDS performance series upper control arms (UCA). These UCAs improve suspension travel and while providing superior strength and styling to the factory arms. These arms are built from 1.5" OD heavy wall tubing, fully welded with integrated support gussets. They include brake line mounting tabs and use an indexed ball joint cup to correct ball joint positioning back to the neutral position at ride height. The BDS arms come fully assembled with OE-style rubber bushings for the frame mounts and a high-quality MOOG ball joint for smooth, quiet operation and better durability than arms that use heims and uniballs. 1" front differential spacers and longer hardware is supplied to reposition the front differential to keep CV axle angles at a minimum. In the rear, BDS supplies a set of heavy duty shackles. These shackles provide 1" of lift to level the stance and include grade 8 installation hardware. Rounding out the rear of this 3" coilover system are a pair of specially tuned FOX 2.0 performance series IFP shocks designed to pair with the front coilovers for impressive performance on and offroad. and allow clearance for 33" tires under Tundra.

4.5" Lift Kit: This complete 4.5" IFS w/ strut mount lift kit system incorperates the same features, technology, and performance-based design as our popular 07-15 system. This system is not only built for daily driving, but will handle about any off road excursion you can think of. The heavy duty main crossmembers are locked together by a full belly pan that offers superior off road protection.

Included with this IFS lift kit are CNC machined steering knuckles which ensure a clean and simple install that is made easier by the lower strut mounts that don't require you to disassemble the strut. Rear NX² series shock absorbers are included with 9500 series gas shocks available as an upgrade for this 4.5" Toyota Tundra lift kit

4.5" Coilover Lift System: BDS Suspension offers a sterling lineup of high quality suspension lift kits for the Toyota Tundra, including 4.5" performance coilover systems designed for vastly improved offroad performance while providing a smooth, comfortable ride on pavement. BDS Performance Coilover Systems build on the proven high clearance design of the 4.5" and 7" BDS suspension systems, offered with FOX 2.5 remote coilovers pre-tuned for optimal performance right out of the box, and the option to upgrade to DSC (dual speed compression - more info below) equipped coilovers. These 4.5" systems integrate flawlessly with the new electronic stability control (ESC) systems and allow enough clearance for 35" tires to be installed.

The complete system includes everything needed to turn your stock Tundra into a trail monster. Up front a pair of high strength, one-piece crossmember built from 1/4" steel are supplied along with the heavy duty full width belly skid plate to create an extremely rigid subframe to position the suspension and drivetrain components. A pair of CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles dwarf the factory units and reposition the steering mount to compensate for the lift. The FOX 2.5 remote reservoir coilovers come pre-tuned with Eibach coils to provide a great ride and provide 4.5" of lift right out of the box. Also included are frame mounted brackets for the remote reservoir, bump stop extensions, differential relocation brackets, weld-in frame reinforcement plates, longer swaybar links, alignment cam bolts, and heavy duty tie rod ends to round out the front of this kit. In the rear, 3" rear lift blocks and longer u-bolts are used to achieve a level to slightly tail high stance. Brake line extensions and precision tuned FOX 2.0 IFP rear shocks round out the system and giving clearance for 35" tires to be installed.

7" Lift Kit: This complete 7" IFS w/ strut mount lift kit system incorporates the same features and performance benefits of our 07-15 Tundra system. Designed for more than just daily driving, this system will handle about any off road excursion you can think of. The heavy duty main crossmembers are locked together by a full belly pan that offers superior off road protection.

Included with this IFS lift kit are CNC machined steering knuckles which ensure a clean and simple install. The lift is achieved with lower strut mounts and a stuft preload spacer. Rear NX² series shock absorbers are included with Fox 2.0 series gas shocks available as an upgrade for this 7" Toyota Tundra lift kit.

7" Coilover Lift System: This system utilizes BDS proven design standards including one-piece front & rear crossmembers coupled with precision machined ductile cast iron steering knuckles. The steering knuckles are designed to work within the factory traction control constraints and provide stock-like handling characteristics. The knuckles are also considerably more robust in both the mass and strength categories over the rather light-duty stock components.

The BDS High Clearance crossmembers are built from 1/4" laser cut steel and maximize ground clearance and strength. The relocated differential is protected by a skid plate tying the crossmemember together. The system also includes new sway bar links to correct the sway bar geometry.

The rear of the kit comes all the components necessary to level the truck and center the axle in the wheel well. This includes a 4" block, u-bolts and brake line relocation brackets. BDS by Fox 2.0 series rear shocks come standard in this system.

Nothing complements this BDS Suspension better than the race proven design of Fox 2.5" remote reservoir coil-over front shocks. These have been specifically engineered to fit the BDS Suspension system and feature an external reservoir for increased oil cooling capacity and nitrogen volume for a more consistent and comfortable ride. These have also been pre-set by BDS to the correct ride height for an easy installation, but can also be fined tuned to your liking.
