Coldwater, MI: Up front these systems use a pair of progressive rate 4" coil springs (diesel or gas specific) to provide the extra height and smooth controlled performance in the harshest of terrains. A forged drop pitman arm is supplied to correct steering angles along with a HD bar drop bracket to re-center the front axle. A pair of sway bar drop brackets reposition the OE sway bar along with extended polyurethane bump stops to correctly limit up travel and brake line brackets to allow full droop. To correct the front suspension geometry at the new height a pair of heavy duty replacement radius arms are supplied to bolt in place of the factory arms. These new radius arms are massive upgrade to the factory stamped units, using tubular construction and a lower cam adjustment to dial in front end caster. Also supplied are your choice of BDS NX2 gas shocks or FOX 2.0 performance series IFP gas shocks for improved ride and performance.
In the rear, BDS offers options for models with and without the OE rear air bags. 3" lift blocks are added to lift/level the stance comes secured with replacement high strength u-bolts. On models with the rear air bags an axle-mounted steel spacer is installed to allow full funtionality of the system. Rounding out the rear are your choice of gas shocks to match the front.
