Kelly Fromm is no stranger to project vehicles. Over the years he has built several highly regarded cars and trucks that carry the theme of military appreciation. Kelly, now retired from the US Army spent several years serving this country and has taken a lead to help out and give back to our military veterans. He began the Rev-It-Up for Wounded Warriors Memorial Tour, a rolling tribute to those that have served in our armed forces. The tour raises awareness, support and money for veterans and their families as Kelly tours the country attending events. Project Trucks: Cody’s Twin Turbo Duramax
Cody Yoder out of Toledo, Ohio has built one hell of a twin turbo Duramax. The truck has been several years in the making and for us at BDS, its a bit of a homecoming. You see this ’08 Chevy Silverado 2500HD started its transformation from your run of the mill stock LMM to the show stopper it is now in BDS’s R&D shop. The truck was used to design, engineer and test the new (at that time) 7” high clearance suspension system for ’01-10 HDs. Following our stint with the truck it did as most new trucks do and headed to the dealer lot where it was bought and sold a few times until 2012 when Cody was tipped off that the truck was available and picked it up for his daily driver.
