BDS is no stranger to building cool Fords. Over the years we've collaborated with the blue oval to build some truly iconic project vehicles to include SD126, Ranger X, Go Beyond, the Fire Command Bronco and several others. This year the plan is a bit tamer in terms of conversion mods, but still just as capable and sporting some new hardware in the bed.
For the 2022 SEMA Show we brought in a brand new 2022 Ford F150 Platinum with the 3.5L Powerboost hybrid and in just a few short weeks built it into this motorsports inspired desert hauler, practical for everyday use and able to load up a pair of eDirt bikes and head out to the desert for some fun.

This F150 features a number of off-the shelf accessories along with a few custom ones. Suspension upgrades are from BDS (obviously) with an off-the shelf 6" PE Coilover System, soon to be released front skid plates, performance UCA's, and Recoil traction bars all finished in custom "illusion orange" powdercoat. The PE (Performance Elite) series coilovers and shocks offer next level performance in a new aluminum body with DSC adjustment built into the reservoir. That allows clearance for 37" Nittos on a set of custom powdercoated Method wheels.
Armor and style points come compliments of Addictive Desert Design with a front and rear Stealth series bumpers along with a bed mounted chase rack that houses Kicker bluetooth tunes.
In the bed this truck is loaded up with the the first Stark Future Varg eDirt bike in existence. This one-off pre-production bike promise thrills with more power, battery capacity, travel and technology than offering eBikes in the marketplace. What's more, after hours of putting this bike through its paces and it can be easily recharged remotely using the 7.2kW Pro Power On Board system located in the bed to keep the party going on longer. Also in the bed you'll find a customer Highway Products slideout tray system that gains easy access to the ARB fridge/freezer, tool/gear storage and moto stand.
