This brand new 2017 Ford F250 Super Duty was on the main stage where it entertained the masses the entire week of SEMA. After a couple months designing, cutting, building and modifying the truck was delivered to Butler Auto Body to get painted and the suspension parts were sent to powdercoat. At first there is a weird sense of anxiety and relief as the build is out of our hands at the moment and in the capable hands of Butler Auto Body to lay down some color. That relief quickly changed to work as the team is also responsible for designing and building all the new product displays and both props needs for our booth (#30192) at the 2017 SEMA Show. BDS has been keeping a secret these past few months. Granted we haven’t done a great job keeping the secret as we keep sneaking out teaser shots of the build progress on social media these past couple months, but its finally time to come clean on our scheme to overhaul a brand spankin’ new 2017 Ford Super Duty Diesel in preparation for the 2017 SEMA Show. This build is part of Ford’s project build program and will be on display in the Ford booth at the show next week out in Las Vegas. Dubbed Project SD126, this truck is outside of the norm these days as most builders opt for the typical crew cab, short bed configuration.
