The 2019 Mint 400 was another successful event filled with spectators from all over the country, parades, and plenty of racing. One of the biggest thrills of the weekend was when Justin Lofton made history with his 3rd BFGoodrich Tires Mint 400 Victory. 2016 RAM 2500 | Become1 Hunt Trucks
If you’re into the hunting scene you may know Tom Petry and Nick Ventura from their show (Become 1) on Sportsman Channel. The show shares quality stories of hunters, past & present, indoors & outdoors. It goes beyond the hunt itself to give the bigger story, the background, the lifestyle of hunters from all walks of life. With a video production company under their wing, the guys put together an inspirational video with their BDS outfitted trucks, built by the team at OK 4WD to get them ready for trails and back country exploration. Nick’s 2016 RAM 2500 is outfitted with the BDS 4″ Lift Kit, 37″ Nittos, Leitner rack system with James Baroud roof top tent and other storage. King of the Hammers 2019
The BDS team arrived in Hammertown a full week before the EMC race at King of the Hammers. A week might seem like a long time, but to prepare for this race takes months, and that last week is when the course maps are finally made public, creating a scramble to pre-run as much of the course as possible, all while tuning the truck for top performance based on the different sections of track that are being used each year. Team 4502, led by driver Kevin Sterns, had yet to finish the worlds hardest off road race, so the strategy this year was just that. Finish the damn thing! With that in mind, meticulous preparations were made to the 700+ horsepower beast throughout the week. Overland Adventure
May 2019 brings the first ever Four Wheeler Overland Adventure! This event will start in Wickenburg, Arizona on May 13, 2019 and will fill three days with off-roading, camping, and Arizona’s stunning scenery. A professional guide has crafted the route to include a variety of terrain for any level of skill and overlanding vehicle sizes. After the three-day off-roading adventure, Overland Adventure will host a banquet and free access to the 2019 Overland Expo West event. This event is the official event partner of the Overland Adventure. Prepping for King of the Hammers 2019
When it comes to offroading, BDS Suspension is always looking for the toughest terrain to put our brand to the test. King of The Hammers is one of those races that hits the mark when it comes to pushing systems to their max. Each year King of The Hammers draws in nearly 1,000 competitors take to the course to prove they can finish the most grueling one-day offroad race in the world.
